Retrieves a record from the file and based on the record id
The read command is a critical part of the input system.
format: READ Receiving Variable FROM Table Handle, Record ID THENüCodeüEND ELSEüCodeüEND Options Notes Result Code
Examples
READ CUSTOMER.REC FROM CUSTOMER.FILE, CUSTOMER.ID THEN ...  Read a Customer record  No Options
